It has come to my attention that there is the slightest possibility that you may be in the process of beginning to offer an opening in the position of Concert Pianist. Although I hesitate to overstep my bounds I would like to respectfully mention that you may find that I would be qualified for such a position. Please disregard this if you find any of this offensive in any way but I would like to meekly suggest that, although there are certainly many other more highly qualified individuals that would better fit the position, I would, if hired, try extremely hard to maintain the high quality of work that I know you most certainly expect. If by any chance whatsoever you would consider giving me the chance to apply to be a candidate for this prestigious position please contact me, unless it is too much trouble, in which case I would be happy to contact you. If I inappropriately contact you by phone please DO NOT HESITATE to immediately hang up the phone. I will readily interpret this as your politely declining of my selfish interest in being involved in your wonderful organization. Thank you endlessly for your most generous consideration of my suggestions which could very understandably be completely ignored! I deeply and continually appreciate the great openness of spirit that you demonstrate. Thank you.
